Michael Keene has served as John Roberts' President since 1986, and as Chief Executive Officer since 1994. Spearheading the company's investment in ISO 9001 certification is just one of the many ways in which he has led The John Roberts Company into the highly competitive global economy of the 21st Century. Under Michael's tenure John Roberts has increased market share and maintained a reputation for technical excellence and the effective integration of new technologies.
Michael has maintained the company's pledge to "passionately pursue the ultimate customer experience" by continually working to elevate John Roberts' operating standards to the high levels valued by its customers, employees and community.
Prior to being promoted to Vice President in 1982, Michael spent fourteen years learning the printing business from the ground up -- working with virtually all aspects from maintenance through bindery, job planning and pre-press management.
