Sales Account Executive

As a leader in the print industry, John Roberts is looking for qualified and talented individuals to grow our highly recognized, award-winning team.  We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to join us.  

Available Hours: Full-time           Pay Starting At:  Salary + Commission

Job Description

As a Sales Account Executive you will be called upon to sell commercial printing products and services to a variety of retail, advertising, education, manufacturing, fashion, and other business-to-business market segments.

Essential Duties

  • Develop strong business relationships with existing and new customers by contributing to their marketing and advertisement goals.
  • Develop a strategic plan for achieving revenue quota and maximizing long-term account revenue opportunities.
  • Sell full line of printing services such as commercial, large format, digital and finishing & mailing services to local, regional, and national businesses.
  • Work cohesively with account managers to build and maintain customer relationships and provide great customer service. 
  • Develop proposals outlining unique customer business applications, pricing, and implementation plans.
  • Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations and proposals.
  • Utilize internal resources to effectively present a total solution to the customer.
  • Responsible for submitting all request quotes and working with the estimating team to ensure accuracy.
  • Accountable for maintaining all customer information and contacts using internal CRM system.

Job Requirements

  • Previous print sales.
  • Knowledge of all phases of commercial and digital print.
  • Independent, self-motivated sales professional that can work independently.
  • Excellent cold-calling, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Effectively communicates ideas, information, and concepts in a variety of presentation settings.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with various personalities.
  • Driven to produce high level of sales performance and earning potential.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Power Point.
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality with the ability to network.
