We’re currently seeking Account Executives responsible for increasing new account sales throughout the United States. If you have prior sales experience and a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you.


We are seeking a Platemaker to work 1st shift. This individual will operate equipment that exposes sensitized metal plate from digital files to produce offset printing plates.

Bindery Combination Operator

We’re currently seeking a Bindery Combination Operator to set up, operate and maintain cutting, folding and stitching equipment to produce printed materials.

General Maintenance

We’re currently seeking an individual to join our maintenance team to help with general maintenance of our facility.

Material Handlers

We’re currently seeking a Material Handler to maintains production and distribution of product by pulling orders from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies; staging finished product.

Mailing Operator

We’re currently seeking Mailing Operators to set up, operate and maintain inkjet, inserting and tabbing machines in an efficient and high quality manner to produce printed materials.

Sheetfed Press Second Operator - 6PM to 6AM

John Roberts is a premier full service commercial printing company looking to add an experienced Sheetfed Press Operator to run our newest state of the art Heidelberg XL106 printing press.

Second Press Operator

The John Roberts Company is looking for a Second Press Operator to assist the lead operator to operate a 10-color Heidelberg printing press.

Roll Tender - Web Offset – 3rd shift

We are seeking a Web Roll Tender to hang rolls of paper and to assist the press crew in make ready and operate a multi-unit, web-fed press to print brochures, catalogs, books, mailers, annual reports, etc. Web Roll Tenders also interact with press crew and customers to achieve desired product and schedule outcomes and perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment.


Our estimating team works closely with our sales staff and production managers to furnish estimates that fit within customer and company guidelines. Estimators are responsible to analyze job specifications and requirements and determine the best manufacturing approach and cost.
