Demonstrating remarkable agility and expertise, he has mastered various roles, including Purchasing (focusing on paper and outside services), Estimating, Project Management, and Sales, where he has consistently excelled. Additionally, he brings entrepreneurial experience as a founding member and Managing Partner of a startup specializing in Returns and Services for Medical Device companies, showcasing a breadth of business acumen.

 In the personal realm, Tristam is supported by a loving family, including spouse Tara and high school-aged children Gavin and Stella, not forgetting the family dogs Lulu and Dave. Outside leading sales initiatives, he actively engages in family life, enthusiastically supporting Gavin's hockey and golf and Stella's tennis and lacrosse endeavors. Tristam also maintains a commitment to personal fitness and camaraderie, playing pickup hockey for 25 years with a steadfast group. Summer leisure time is devoted to golf and hiking along the North Shore, while winter brings the thrill of downhill skiing.
