At John Roberts, customer satisfaction is a true priority, and we take all complaints about our products and services very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for products and services purchased from us. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

Delivery Policy

At John Roberts, we sell customized commercial printed products and related services. As part of our customized services, the delivery method will be based on the method and terms specified in your Purchase Order or other supplied instructions.

Return Policy and Refunds

As each order or project we produce is tailored to your specifications and requirements, we cannot accept returns. However, we may issue a full or partial refund if the product we have supplied is defective, damaged by us prior to delivery, or not consistent with the specifications and requirements detailed in your Purchase Order, or if no Purchase Order was issued, our formal project quote. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you should contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue. We may require proof of any damage, including photographic evidence. Please contact your customer service team or your sales representative to begin the process.

Cancellation Policy

When you place a custom order, we will begin to incur costs necessary to provide the ordered products and service. You may cancel an order by written notice at any time prior to shipment, however you will be responsible for all of the costs we have incurred prior to the effective date of cancellation.
