Job Description

The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for coordinating and managing all outgoing product shipments. This role involves ensuring accurate information is exchanged between FedEx UPS and our internal logistics team.

Essential Duties

Individuals must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Prepare and verify shipments using internal systems and vendor portals.
• Affix shipping labels, secure loads, and maintain shipping materials.
• Deliver materials to production, end users, or inventory.
• Track shipments and schedule carrier pickups.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Understand FedEx and UPS requirements and processes.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures.
• Forklift certified
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay Range: Starting at $23/hr
