Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our sales team.  Our ideal Administrative Assistant will be able to manage and execute all aspects of administration in our Sales department.

Administrative Assistant responsibilities:

  • Excel in a fast-paced, and deadline sensitive environment
  • See the BIG picture, understand the overall goal of the team while displaying extreme attention to detail
  • Accurately record data

  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • All administrative tasks including correspondence, phones, filing, copying
  • Scheduling meetings, conference calls,
  • Project tracking, extensive follow-up
  • Accurately and courteously responding to a high volume of phone calls and emails on a daily basis
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
