We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our sales team. Our ideal Administrative Assistant will be able to manage and execute all aspects of administration in our Sales department.
Administrative Assistant responsibilities:

Accurately record data

All administrative tasks including correspondence, phones, filing, copying
Scheduling meetings, conference calls,
Project tracking, extensive follow-up
Accurately and courteously responding to a high volume of phone calls and emails on a daily basis
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
