Responsible for all work performed in the Hand Bindery and timely shipping of finished jobs. Lead production in the department; responsible for productivity, quality, timeliness, and cost control of work in hand bindery. Assign work and give instructions to personnel. Plan, organize, influence and control issues related to efficient bindery processes and effective personnel. Work cooperatively with all production manager/supervisors and customer service/sales personnel.

Light work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force up to 60% of shift time performing Hand Bindery operations. Requires walking 10% of shift time to perform Hand Bindery Helper functions. Requires standing 90% of the work shift. Requires excellent hand to eye coordination to perform Hand Bindery operations. Moderate carrying and pulling. Sitting is seldom required. Ability to hear ordinary conversation is required. Near acuity vision is required. Depth perception, far acuity, visual accommodation is required. Requires 100% color vision acuity and 100% field of vision capabilities
